** ΕΚΤΑΚΤΗ ΕΙΔΗΣΗ :
~* Λιγο μετά της 5,30 μ.μ ,σήμερα 1/03/2011 σε καταδίωξη γιά λιστεία σε περίπτερο στο Μενίδι , στην περιοχή του Ρέντη και σε σκοτεινό παράδρομο πρός την λαχαναγορά έστησαν ενέδρα οι κακοποιοί και με ανοιχτά τα παράθυρα του γκρί -μπλέ μάρκας Volvo αυτοκινήτου -κλεμμένου , γάζωσαν με ριπές από χαλάσνικωφ , με περισσότερες από 100 σφαίρες , δολοφωνικά τους αστυνομικούς της ομάδας ΔΙΑ , με αποτέλεσμα να τραυματίσουν θανάσιμα ένα εκ των τεσσάρων αστυνομικών και τους τρείς 3 άλλους επίσης αστυνομικούς πολύ σοβαρά , εκ των οποίων τον ένα στο κεφάλι και τον άλλο στην κοιλιακή χώρα .- ΝΤΡΟΠΗ !!! ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΩΣΤΕ ΤΟΥΣ ΑΣΤΥΝΟΜΙΚΟΥΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΑΜΕΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΗ ΧΡΗΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΟΠΛΩΝ ΤΟΥΣ , ΣΕ ΚΑΘΕ ΑΤΟΜΟ ΠΟΥ ΘΑ ΑΝΤΙΣΤΈΚΕΤΑΙ ή ΔΕΝ ΘΑ ΣΤΑΜΑΤΑ , ΣΕ ΟΙΟΝΔΗΠΟΤΕ ΑΣΤΥΝΟΜΙΚΟ ΕΛΕΓΧΟ , ΚΑΚΟΠΟΙΟΙ , ΠΑΙΔΕΡΑΣΤΕΣ , ΕΓΚΛΗΜΑΤΙΕΣ , κ.λ.π. !! ** Χτύπησαν 4 αστυνομικούς με καλάσνικοφ
Σύμφωνα με τις πρώτες πληροφορίες, αστυνομικοί της ομάδας ΔΙ.ΑΣ. δέχθηκαν επίθεση στην περιοχή του Αllou Fan Park μετά απο καταγγελία για ληστεία σε περίπτερο της περιοχής. Ένας εκ των τεσσάρων υπέκυψε στα τραύματά του, ενώ άλλοι δύο νοσηλεύονται βαριά τραυματισμένοι, με σφαίρες στην κοιλιακή χώρα, στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Νίκαιας.Όπως αναφέρουν τα πρώτα στοιχεία, αστυνομικοί της ομάδας ΔΙ.ΑΣ. καταδίωκαν το τζιπ, όταν ξαφνικά οι επιβαίνοντες σε αυτό πυροβόλησαν με καλάσνικοφ με αποτέλεσμα οι σφαίρες να χτυπήσουν τους διώκτες τους. Νεότερες πληροφορίες αναφέρουν ότι οι δράστες πραγματοποίησαν ληστεία σε περίπτερο στη Λ. Δημοκρατίας στο Περιστέρι. Ένας πολίτης κάλεσε την αστυνομία και αμέσως κινητοποιήθηκαν οι τέσσερις αστυνομικοί της ομάδας ΔΙ.ΑΣ. Κάποια στιγμή το αμάξι, μάρκας Volvo, το οποίο διαπιστώθηκε ότι ήταν κλεμμένο, εντοπίσθηκε στη Λ. Κηφισού. Στο Ρέντη, το αμάξι σταμάτησε και οι τρεις δράστες αφού κατέβηκαν από αυτό, έστρεψαν το καλάσνικοφ εναντίον των αστυνομικών.Πριν από λίγη ώρα εντοπίστηκε το αυτοκίνητο, μάρκας Volvo, σε περιοχή μεταξύ του Μοσχάτου και του Ρέντη με εγκαταλελημένα τα όπλα των κακοποιών .- Σε εξέλιξη βρίσκεται μεγάλη αστυνομική επιχείρηση στην περιοχή για τον εντοπισμό και τη σύλληψη των δραστών. -

** Για τις γυναίκες :
Ποτέ χωρίς στηθόδεσμο
Υποχρεωμένες να φορούν σουτιέν είναι οι Γερμανίδες εργαζόμενες και μάλιστα με απόφαση δικαστηρίου. Αυτό συνέβη μετά από προσφυγή εργοδοτών και μάλιστα καθορίζεται και το χρώμα του στηθόδεσμου! Αντιδράσεις στη Γερμανία Το είχαν παρατραβήξει αυτές οι Γερμανίδες και ήρθε ο νόμος για άλλη μια φορά να τις συμμορφώσει. Τα αφεντικά πλέον από εδώ και πέρα μπορούν να υποχρεώνουν τις Γερμανίδες να φοράνε σουτιέν στην εργασία τους.
Αυτή ήταν η απόφαση που έλαβε ένα δικαστήριο στην Βόρεια Ρηνανία-Βεστφαλία την περασμένη τετάρτη, μια απόφαση χωρίς νομικό προηγούμενο ακόμα και σε Αφρικανική χώρα.
Οι Γερμανίδες όμως δεν μπορούν να φορούν ένα οποιουδήποτε χρώματος σουτιέν… Είναι υποχρεωμένες αυτό να είναι λευκού χρώματος.
Το εργατικό δικαστήριο της Βόρειας Ρηνανίας-Βεστφαλίας προέβη σε αυτή την απόφαση κατά τη διάρκεια μιας υπόθεσης που αφορούσε κάποιες εργαζόμενες του προσωπικού ασφαλείας των αεροδρομίων οι οποίες δεν φορούσαν σουτιέν κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιάς τους. Η διοίκηση προσέφυγε στα εργατικά δικαστήρια και έτσι υπήρξε αυτή η απόφαση.
Όπως αναφέρει ο Γερμανικός τύπος η απόφαση ήταν μια ολοκληρωτική νίκη των εργοδοτών απέναντι στους εργαζόμενους.-

** Άγρια δολοφονία 46χρονου Καλαματιανού
Η πιο άγρια και στυγνή δολοφονία των τελευταίων χρόνων στη Μεσσηνία απασχολεί από χθες το μεσημέρι τις διωκτικές Αρχές. Πρόκειται για τον 46χρονο επιχειρηματία Παναγιώτη Γυφτέα, ο οποίος βρέθηκε στην αγροτική περιοχή Αγριώματα στα Γιαννιτσάνικα στο πορτμπαγκάζ του αυτοκινήτου του, ακινητοποιημένος με χειροπέδες και κολλητική ταινία, με πολλαπλά χτυπήματα, κυρίως στο κεφάλι, πιθανότατα από σιδερολοστούς.Τα πρώτα στοιχεία δείχνουν πως ο 46χρονος, πατέρας δύο ανήλικων παιδιών, έπεσε θύμα ενέδρας ελάχιστα μέτρα μακριά από το σπίτι του. Οι δολοφόνοι του δε δίστασαν να τον εγκαταλείψουν στο ίδιο του το αυτοκίνητο, βαρύτατα τραυματισμένο, αιμόφυρτο και κλειδωμένο στο πορτμπαγκάζ, όπου άφησε και την τελευταία του πνοή.- Διαβάστε περισσότερα...

** Τρίπολη - Καλαμάτα Ε.Ο.
Γέφυρα Τσακώνας γιοκ, παράκαμψη σε Δερβένι
Στο 53ο χλμ. της παλαιάς εθνικής οδού Τρίπολης – Καλαμάτας, στο τμήμα της που περνά από τον οικισμό Δερβένι, η παραμόρφωση του οδοστρώματος λόγω της κατολίσθησης που έγινε το Φεβρουάριο του 2010 είναι ορατή στους οδηγούς που ακολουθούν τη διαδρομή. ** Λόγω καθυστέρης χρηματοδότησης
Άγνωστο πότε θα δοθεί στην κυκλοφορία το τμήμα Παραδείσια-Τσακώνα
Η κατασκευή της νέας εθνικής οδού Τρίπολης - Καλαμάτας έχει «μοιραστεί» μεταξύ δύο κατασκευαστικών κοινοπραξιών. Η «ΜΟΡΕΑΣ» έχει αναλάβει τα τμήματα Τρίπολη - Παραδείσια και Τσακώνα - Καλαμάτα, με σύμβαση παραχωρήσεως που συνεπάγεται επιβολή διοδίων. Στην κατασκευαστική κοινοπραξία Alpine Bau – ΤΕΡΝΑ Α.Ε. έχει ανατεθεί από τον Ιούνιο 2006 η κατασκευή (μετά τη μεγάλη κατολίσθηση το 2003, ενάμιση χρόνο μετά την παράδοσή του στην κυκλοφορία) του τμήματος Παραδείσια – Τσακώνα. ** Ένοπλη ληστεία
Στο Western Union με λεία 2.500 ευρώ
Το ποσό των 2.500 ευρώ απέσπασε με την απειλή όπλου άγνωστος, πιθανότατα Έλληνας, από 48χρονο ιδιοκτήτη καταστήματος ταχυμεταφορών και ηλεκτρονικής διακίνησης χρημάτων western union στην Καλαμάτα. Η ληστεία έγινε χθες νωρίς το απόγευμα, στις 4.25, από άγνωστο άνδρα, ύψους περίπου 1.80 μ., που κρατούσε πιστόλι, έχοντας σηκωμένο το γιακά του μπουφάν μέχρι το ύψος της μύτης του και φορώντας μαύρο σκούφο. Στο κατάστημα, ιδιοκτησίας 33χρονης, εκείνη τη στιγμή βρισκόταν ο 48χρονος σύζυγός της. Ο δράστης τον απείλησε με το όπλο και του ζήτησε τα χρήματα. ** Ημέρα της Γυναίκας
Ζωή… γένους θηλυκού
Μεσσήνιες όλων των ηλικιών και καταβολών, τοποθετούνται για τη θέση της γυναίκας. Για τις δραστηριότητες που τις έβαλαν ισότιμα στο παιχνίδι των φύλων και για εκείνες που γύρισαν μπούμερανγκ. Για τις δυσκολίες, τις χαρές και τις ανάγκες που συνοδεύουν τη γυναικεία χειραφέτηση. Για το ρόλο του –πάλαι ποτέ;- ισχυρού φύλου, που… έχει χάσει την μπάλα.-

** Σύμφωνο ελεύθερης συμβίωσης
Μόνο 1 σε ισχύ στη Μεσσηνία
Από το 2008 άρχισε να ισχύει στη χώρα μας το σύμφωνο ελεύθερης συμβίωσης, έχοντας ένθερμους υποστηρικτές και ταυτόχρονα φανατικούς εχθρούς. Σήμερα, 2 χρόνια μετά, φαίνεται ότι σχεδόν έχει ξεχασθεί. Μπορεί στην πρωτεύουσα να υπάρχει ενδιαφέρον από ορισμένα ζευγάρια, στην περιφέρεια όμως δεν ισχύει το ίδιο. Στη Μεσσηνία όλο αυτό το χρονικό διάστημα, σύμφωνα με τα στοιχεία του Ληξιαρχείου, έχουν συναφθεί όλα κι όλα 2 σύμφωνα ελεύθερης συμβίωσης. Εξ αυτών μόνο το 1 είναι ακόμα σε ισχύ, αφού το δεύτερο ζευγάρι παντρεύτηκε.«Η αλήθεια είναι ότι ο θεσμός του συμφώνου είναι ξένος με τα ήθη και τα έθιμα στην Ελλάδα. Υπάρχουν πολλά ζευγάρια που συμβιώνουν ελεύθερα, αλλά αν αποφασίσουν κάτι πιο νόμιμο, τότε παντρεύονται!», σχολιάζει σχετικά ο πρόεδρος του Δικηγορικού Συλλόγου Καλαμάτας Κώστας Μαργέλης.
Δεν το προτιμούν
Το σύμφωνο ελεύθερης συμβίωσης δίνει σε ζευγάρια τη δυνατότητα μιας εναλλακτικής μορφής μόνιμης συμβίωσης. Στην ουσία, πρόκειται για μια συμβολαιογραφική πράξη που καθιστά δύο ανθρώπους συζύγους, με όλα σχεδόν τα δικαιώματα και τις υποχρεώσεις, αλλά και με μια σημαντική διαφορά. Έχουν τη δυνατότητα να χωρίσουν, αποφεύγοντας τη διαδικασία του διαζυγίου, με ό,τι αυτό συνεπάγεται. Το σύμφωνο ελεύθερης συμβίωσης λύνεται αυτοδικαίως, αν ο ένας από τους δύο παντρευτεί με τρίτο πρόσωπο ή αν το ένα μέρος δηλώσει με συμβολαιογραφική πράξη την επιθυμία του να ακυρωθεί, με την προϋπόθεση ότι η δήλωση θα κοινοποιηθεί με δικαστικό επιμελητή και στο άλλο μέρος.Παρά ταύτα και το γεγονός ότι υπήρξαν υποστηρικτικές, όταν προωθήθηκε ως νομοθετική ρύθμιση, τα ζευγάρια δεν προτιμούν τη σύναψη συμφώνου συμβίωσης. Όπως μαρτυρούν στη Μεσσηνία και οι συμβολαιογράφοι, όσοι έχουν απευθυνθεί σε αυτούς ρωτώντας για το σύμφωνο είναι περισσότερο από απορία και όχι γιατί ενδιαφέρονται πραγματικά. Σύμφωνα με τον κ. Μαργέλη: «Η συμβίωση προσώπων διαφορετικού φύλου χωρίς γάμο εμφανίζεται στις σημερινές κοινωνίες με μεγαλύτερη συχνότητα από ό,τι στο παρελθόν. Ο λόγος που οδηγεί στην “ελεύθερη συμβίωση” είναι, κυρίως, η επιλογή πολλών ζευγαριών, που επιθυμούν μεν τη μόνιμη συμβίωση, αλλά σε πιο χαλαρή μορφή από αυτήν που γεννά ο γάμος. Στην Ελλάδα υπολογίζεται ότι το ποσοστό των γυναικών οι οποίες επιλέγουν να συμβιώσουν εκτός γάμου, έστω και μία φορά, στην ηλικιακή ομάδα 18-24 ετών, έχει τριπλασιαστεί τα τελευταία 30 χρόνια. Ο γάμος, πάντως, αποτελεί όλο και συχνότερα την κατάληξη ενός προϋπάρχοντος μακροχρόνιου δεσμού, που έχει τη μορφή ελεύθερης συμβίωσης. Η ελεύθερη συμβίωση, χωρίς καμία νομική υποχρέωση, αποτελεί και στην Ελλάδα πλέον μία πραγματικότητα. Περίπου το 5% των παιδιών σήμερα στην Ελλάδα, με αυξητικές τάσεις, υπολογίζεται ότι προέρχονται από αυτές τις ελεύθερες συμβιώσεις, χωρίς κανενός είδους γάμου –θρησκευτικό ή πολιτικό. Σύμφωνα με υπολογισμούς, τα παιδιά που γεννήθηκαν εκτός γάμου τα τελευταία έτη ξεπερνούν τα 120.000, ενώ μείζονα προβλήματα, που χρήζουν νομοθετικής αντιμετώπισης, αποτελούν πλέον οι απροστάτευτες γυναίκες, μετά από χρόνια ελεύθερης συμβίωσης, και γενικά οι μονογονεϊκές οικογένειες, οι οποίες φθάνουν σε αρκετές χιλιάδες και συνεχώς αυξάνονται». Κατά τον πρόεδρο του Δικηγορικού Συλλόγου, η αξία του θρησκευτικού γάμου είναι και παραμένει ασύγκριτη και μαζί με τον πολιτικό γάμο αποτελούν την καλύτερη επιλογή για τα ζευγάρια που θέλουν να δημιουργήσουν οικογένεια, με όλες τις νομικές, οικονομικές και κοινωνικές εγγυήσεις και προστασίες.
Δεν κλονίζεται η αξία του γάμουΣύμφωνο ελεύθερης συμβίωσης μπορούν να συνάψουν μόνο πρόσωπα διαφορετικού φύλου. Σκοπός του είναι να θέσει ένα νομικό πλαίσιο και να ρυθμίσει συστηματικά αυτή τη μορφή συμβίωσης, οριοθετώντας με τρόπο σαφή τα δικαιώματα, τις υποχρεώσεις και τις δεσμεύσεις των συμβιούντων προσώπων. «Οι ρυθμίσεις του», λέει ο κ. Μαργέλης, «έχουν ως αφετηρία την αρχή ότι στην ελεύθερη συμβίωση επικρατεί η ελευθερία της βούλησης των προσώπων και όχι ο θεσμικός χαρακτήρας, όπως συμβαίνει στο γάμο. Άμεση συνέπεια της παραδοχής αυτής είναι ο αμιγώς συμβατικός τύπος που απαιτείται για την κατάρτιση του “συμφώνου ελεύθερης συμβίωσης”, η δυνατότητα που αναγνωρίζεται στα μέρη να ρυθμίσουν συμβατικά τις περιουσιακές τους σχέσεις και το ελευθέρως διαλυτό του συμφώνου. Ταυτόχρονα, όμως, το σχέδιο νόμου κατοχυρώνει την προστασία των τέκνων που γεννώνται από το ζεύγος των συντρόφων (πατρότητα, επώνυμο, γονική μέριμνα) και το κληρονομικό δικαίωμα του επιζώντος συντρόφου, εισάγοντας έτσι τις μόνες ρυθμίσεις υποχρεωτικού χαρακτήρα που κείνται εκτός της πρωτοβουλίας των συμβιούντων προσώπων. Από τη νομοθετική αντιμετώπιση της ελεύθερης συμβίωσης προκύπτει με σαφήνεια ότι αυτή αποτελεί ένα καθεστώς διαφορετικό από το γάμο. Πρόκειται για μία εναλλακτική μορφή μόνιμης συμβίωσης και όχι για μία μορφή “χαλαρού” γάμου. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι δε θίγεται ούτε κλονίζεται στο ελάχιστο η αξία του γάμου ως θεσμού, του οποίου η σύναψη, οι έννομες συνέπειες και η λύση υπάγονται σε τελείως διαφορετικούς κανόνες αναγκαστικού δικαίου και ο οποίος εξακολουθεί να ενδιαφέρει το ίδιο σοβαρά την Πολιτεία και το κοινωνικό σύνολο».

«Άκυρο» για Συμπαραστάτη για τέταρτη φορά
Σε φιάσκο δείχνει πλέον να μετατρέπεται η υπόθεση εκλογής του περιφερειακού συμπαραστάτη του πολίτη και της επιχείρησης στην Περιφέρεια Πελοποννήσου. Κι αυτό, γιατί στη χθεσινή συνεδρίασή του, την τέταρτη κατά σειρά, το Περιφερειακό Συμβούλιο δε στάθηκε δυνατό να εκλέξει τον εκπρόσωπο του νέου θεσμού, στις δύο ψηφοφορίες που πραγματοποιήθηκαν.Αυτή τη φορά οι υποψήφιοι ήταν τέσσερις: Ο Χαρ. They also beam answers to one another using their machine's infrared transmission capabilities. Students even use numeric pagers to have answers phoned in while taking his test. In most cases the high tech cheater's confident expectation is that the instructor will be at least one step behind them. Fourth Reich must and will rise to the challenge of supporting democratic transition in North Africa, as it did after the revolutions in Eastern Europe in 1989.Fuele says three words of caution. Too many of us fell prey to the assumption that authoritarian regimes were a guarantee of stability in the region. This was not even Realpolitik. Second, we must avoid at all cost a blanket approach to all our Arab and North African neighbours. The uprisings in the region have many causes in common: authoritarian regimes, paralysed political systems, a lack of employment for young graduates, violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms. However, each of these countries is different and we will have to adapt our policies accordingly. We cannot have the same approach towards Tunisia, a small country with a rather homogenous population, a strong middle class and long-standing links with Fourth Reich, or towards Libya where tribal links remain highly prevalent: any transition there will therefore have to reflect this element of the social fabric while ensuring inclusiveness.Third, while we should and will focus on the short-term negative consequences of the changes in the region, we should not lose sight of our long-term interests. Yes, there may be rising irregular migration flows originating from Tunisia, Libya and, to some extent, from Egypt. Yes, there will be a certain political vacuum in the newly democratising countries, including an increased visibility of Islamist parties and, at least in some of them, a worry that they may not want to play by the rules of democracy. Yes, there may be rising oil prices, lost investments and business. Yes, there may be potential civil war and instability in Libya. We know that the forces of change that have been unleashed will not produce stable political systems overnight. Yet, we must weather these risks without losing sight of our long-term common objective: a democratic, stable, prosperous and peaceful North Africa. **GADHAFI REFERRED TO HAGUE FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY‏
The United Nations Security Council passed a tough resolution against Gadhafi late Saturday. The resolution, unanimously adopted by all 15 nations on the Council, calls for an arms embargo, assets freeze and a travel ban on Gadhafi, four of his sons, and his daughter. It also demands Gadhafi be referred to the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity.The Council has sent out a clear and strong message. The international community will not tolerate the gross and systematic violation of human rights by the Libyan regime.
