Δίον - Στο φως τριώροφη έπαυλη

Τριώροφη έπαυλη, της ύστερης αρχαιότητας, έκτασης 1.200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων, έφερε στο φως η αρχαιολογική σκαπάνη στο Δίον. Η σχετική ανακοίνωση έγινε κατά τη διάρκεια του 23ου Αρχαιολογικού Συνεδρίου Θεσσαλονίκης, που ολοκληρώθηκε το Σάββατο.
Η έπαυλη εντοπίστηκε στο κέντρο της αρχαίας πόλης του Δίου, απέναντι από την επισκοπική βασιλική του 4ου αιώνα μ.Χ., αναπτύσσεται σε τρεις ορόφους και έχει δωμάτια που οργανώνονται γύρω από μια περίστυλη αυλή.
Μέχρι σήμερα έχουν έρθει στο φως τέσσερα δωμάτια, τμήμα της αυλής, καθώς και μια κτιστή κρήνη στο κέντρο της αυλής.
Όπως τόνισε ο καθηγητής του ΑΠΘ, Αριστοτέλης Μέντζος, το κτήριο πρέπει να χτίστηκε για πρώτη φορά γύρω στο 400 μ.Χ., ενώ έχει και μια επόμενη φάση ανοικοδόμησης στο τέλος των πρωτοβυζαντινών χρόνων (μετά τον 6ο αιώνα μ.Χ.).
Η οικία φαίνεται ότι κατοικούνταν ως τον 7ο ή 8ο μ.Χ. αιώνα. Δεν εντοπίστηκαν πολλά κινητά ευρήματα, καθώς πρέπει να λεηλατήθηκε συστηματικά ανά τους αιώνες. Από τα ευρήματα ξεχωρίζει λυχνάρι με παράσταση του Δανιήλ του τέλους του 5ου αιώνα μ.Χ.

Αγαπητοί φίλοι του δικτύου προστασίας των δικαιωμάτων του παιδιού,
Μόλις ολοκληρώσαμε ένα ντοκιμαντέρ με τίτλο ʽΤα Παιδία ΔΕΝ Παίζει», με θέμα μια παρέα παιδιών 9-14 ετών στην Πάτρα που αγωνίζεται να φτιάξει έναν ελεύθερο χώρο για παιχνίδι στη γειτονιά τους.Το ντοκιμαντέρ έχει πραγματοποιηθεί υπό την αιγίδα της UNICEF και σε συμπαραγωγή με τον ΣΚΑΙ, και θα προβληθεί στους κινηματογράφους από στις 25 Μαρτίου.Στηρίζεται και από το Συνήγορο του Παιδιού κ. Γιώργο Μόσχο ο οποίος γράφει για την ταινία «Πιστεύω ότι θα είναι πολύ χρήσιμο τα παιδιά, γονείς αλλά και όσοι ασχολούνται με τα κοινά στην χώρα μας, να δουν το "Τα Παιδία ΔΕΝ Παίζει" για να πιστέψουν και να διεκδικήσουν περισσότερο τον σεβασμό στις ανάγκες και τα δικαιώματα των παιδιών.

"Τα παιδία ΔΕΝ παίζει" είναι ο τίτλος της νέας κινηματογραφικής ταινίας, της οποίας παραγωγός είναι ο ΣΚΑΪ.
Η κάμερα ακολουθεί την παρέα τεσσάρων παιδιών από την Πάτρα, που προσπαθούν να μετατρέψουν ένα εγκαταλελειμμένο οικόπεδο σε ελεύθερο χώρο για παιχνίδι, κόντρα στις επιθυμίες των γειτόνων και τη γραφειοκρατία.
Τα παιδιά, η Αλεξάνδρα, ο Βλαντ, η Χρύσα και ο Χρήστος φτάνουν μέχρι το δημαρχείο της πόλης με σκοπό να μετατρέψουν το οικόπεδο σε χώρο για παιχνίδι...
Τα παιδιά δεν έχουν λάβει ακόμα οριστική απάντηση στο αίτημά τους και για αυτό άλλωστε το ντοκιμαντέρ δεν έχει προδιαγεγραμμένο τέλος.
Το όνειρο των μικρών πρωταγωνιστών της ταινίας στο δρόμο της υλοποίησης μετά την πρωτοβουλία του Δημάρχου Πάτρας κ. Φούρα να παραχωρήσει στα παιδιά ένα χώρο κατάλληλο για τη δημιουργία μικρού γηπέδου.

Η Πανελλήνια Ένωση Αγώνα κατά του Νεανικού Διαβήτη σε συνεργασία με το αθλητικό πάρκο "Anima Club"διοργανώνουν την Κυριακή 21 Μαρτίου 2010 Επιστημονική Ημερίδα με θέμα " ΠΑΙΔΙΚΟΣ ΔΙΑΒΗΤΗΣ-ΔΙΑΤΡΟΦΗ-ΑΘΛΗΣΗ''.
Στα πλαίσια της ημερίδας θα διεξαχθεί και αθλητικό τουρνουά με τη συμμετοχή παιδιών με νεανικό διαβήτη-γονέων-αθλητών της Ακαδημίας Ποδοσφαίρου του ΑΝΙΜΑ CLUB καθώς επίσης και κατοίκων της ευρύτερης περιοχής.
Σας περιμένουμε όλους, μικρούς και μεγάλους, να διασκεδάσετε στους όμορφους χώρους του πάρκου, συμμετάσχοντες σε αγώνες τένις-ποδοσφαίρου και βόλεϊ ή απολαμβάνοντας παιχνίδι στο χώρο του παιδότοπου.Μετά τον τελικό ποδοσφαίρου θα ακολουθήσει γεύμα κρύων εδεσμάτων.Ώρα προσέλευσης : 10 πμ (για όσους ενδιαφέρονται να συμμετάσχουν στο τουρνουά) και 11πμ για όλους τους άλλους.

Venitis muses that Papandreou is a Don Quixote who is tilting at the windmills of speculators. Papaconstantinou is a Sancho Panza who helps Papandreou to attack imaginary kallikantzaroi. The quixotic adventures of Papandreou lead nowhere, because he is surrounded by Graecokleptocrats who play farces on him. The cruel practical jokes eventually will lead Don Quixote to a great melancholy. Trichet wants to help Don Quixote in any way he can.One thing Trichet sees from the Greek crisis – and this is of fundamental importance – is that nobody is now questioning the principles of the Stability and Growth Pact. On the contrary, those principles have been robustly reaffirmed. The Greek government has just adopted a series of very significant, necessary, convincing and bold measures. It has clearly indicated its objective of complying with the fundamental principles of the Stability and Growth Pact within a reasonable period of time.In 2003 and 2004, a period that was less turbulent than the current situation, the Pact was strongly criticised – in particular by the previous French President and the former German Chancellor – and the ECB stepped in with a robust defence of the Pact in order to prevent it from being rendered meaningless. Now, nobody questions it. The people who vehemently criticised the Pact in the past have now realised the extent of the need to respect it – both for the cohesion of the euro area as a whole and in order to preserve and strengthen the confidence of households, firms and investors, thereby fostering growth and job creation.Basil Venitis, twitter.com/Venitis, points out that for 35 years since dictatorship, Pasokleptocrats and Neodemokleptocrats who took turns in running Greece, the most corrupt country on Earth, borrowed as if there were no tomorrow, and they received 200 billion euros in kickbacks from Siemens, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, MAN, antitrust, military purchases, monasteries, and many more. But the election result can also be read as a sign that the Greek electorate is truly fed up with corruption and demanding change.Surveys show that the people of Greece understand well the need to put their public finances in order and adopt the measures necessary in order to return to growth and job creation. Like everyone else who shares the single currency, the Greek economy has – from the moment it joined the euro area – enjoyed a number of significant advantages in monetary terms. Being part of the euro area has strengthened the Greek economy. Trichet points out that thanks to euro, Geece is no longer subject to exchange rate risk, it has access to an integrated economy comprising 330 million European citizens, and it has benefited from having a currency which inspires confidence and has therefore afforded Greece low medium and long-term market interest rates. Its external current account deficit has been financed by the very fact of belonging to the euro area. Of course, in exchange for these significant advantages, the rules of the Stability and Growth Pact must be fully respected.Papandreou must contend with a hostility toward Graecokleptocrats. Since joining Fourth Reich(EU) in 1981, Greece has developed the image of a chronically reckless brat that extorts money from the Cohesion Fund and mismanages its own affairs. The fury toward Greece has reached new levels of intensity during the current crisis. Part of that is displaced anger in that Fourth Reich technocrats had every reason to know that Greece's deficit numbers were dodgy but signed off on them anyway. Mostly, though, it's an anger born of fear.A messy showdown between Greece and the Fourth Reich could do huge damage to euro and its global standing. Euro's reputation might just survive a bailout of Greece if it were linked to tough economic conditions. However, a Greek default or a bailout with no convincing promise of better behavior, would shake Fourth Reich. Global markets would draw negative conclusions about the Fourth Reich's ability to handle crises that could be looming in other PIGS where public finances are rocky. So the near-daily scoldings of Greece emanating from Brussels and Berlin, and emissaries to Athens to audit its books, are partly intended to influence Greece and increase the chances that it will clean up its own fiscal act, with no extraordinary financial help.The average Greek citizen, forced to accept inferior public services or pay bribes to get around them, is understandably not inclined to pay his or her fair share of taxes. This problem is compounded by a tax system that is arcane, vague, and quite punitive for those who are not prepared to dodge or bribe the tax inspectors, a service that the affluent take disproportionate advantage of. The corrupt and predatory nature of government bureaucracies makes starting or growing a business in Greece a nightmare, which means fewer new private-sector jobs, slower economic growth, and lower tax revenues. Because of costly hassles, too many of Greece's well-educated and naturally entrepreneurial people shy away from starting new enterprises and instead scramble desperately for government employment, no matter how miserable the work. This puts pressure on politicians to hire them, which bloats the civil service even more.Venitis notes the Fourthreichian Central Bank(ECB) has no mandate to take into account the situation of a specific country. Moreover, credit markets, Fourth Reich, and ECB do not trust Greek Finance Minister George Papaconstantinou, because he was a corporate director of OTE, an infamous phone company in cahoots with Siemens in superscandals. Papaconstantinou asserts he is trying to change the course of Titanic. There's no question that Greece, the most corrupt country on Earth, is in an economic and moral mess. Greek budget is an oxymoron! It's 13% of gross domestic product, much worse than the 3% limit stipulated for Eurozone slave States. Papaconstantinou says he'll shrink that shortfall to 8% next year, but Graecokleptocrats always mislead investors and Fourth Reich about how unfit the nation's finances are. Venitis estimates the deficit to increase to 20% next year! Greece's debt troubles herald a domino of sovereign defaults in eurozone that could derail an economic recovery. Venitis points out PIGS(Portugal, Italy, Greece, and Spain) account for half the debt of eurozone. PIGS are indeed piggy slave States that create many problems for Fourth Reich(EU), demanding high proportions of the Cohesion Fund, playing dirty games, encouraging political corruption, and spreading the cancer of socialism. Lazy pigs enjoy dolce vita and expect hard-working Britons and Germans to support them! Pigs come to the trough all time!Fourth Reich(EU) decided to become the bailout reich, a free-ride area where entitlement spending in PIGS is underwritten by North Fourthreichian taxpayers. Euro will stabilize in the short-term, as investors face reduced uncertainty. However, this locks Fourth Reich on a trajectory to gradual monetary collapse, the path currently being followed by the dollar. Eurogroup chairman Jean-Claude Juncker, premier of Luxembourg, points out the hard-working taxpayers of North eurozone refuse to subsidize the socialistic laziness and dolce vita of South eurozone.Venitis points out Papandreou lashes out at Eurokleptocrats, speculators, goblins, aliens, and kallikantzaroi for creating a psychology of looming collapse which could be self-fulfilling. Papandreou also declares that Greece is being treated as a guinea pig by Fourth Reich. But destabilizing actions or inflammatory statements by Papandreou make an orderly rescue less likely. Beggars can't be choosers.The stupid Constitution of Greece grants religious monopoly to the corrupt Orthodox Church! Graecokleptocracy and theocracy are bewildering Greeks. Mafiosi gay bishops promote every Greek premier as Moses who leads his people to salvation. But in reality, this kind of Moses leads the crowds who run amuck in the streets in the direction of the cliff! Byzantine mumbo jumbo cloaks the most corrupt country on Earth.The Greek tragedy of default needs a fair catharsis. All culprits and all stupid mistakes must be exposed. Undisclosed derivatives. Δίον - Στο φως τριώροφη έπαυλη

Τριώροφη έπαυλη, της ύστερης αρχαιότητας, έκτασης 1.200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων, έφερε στο φως η αρχαιολογική σκαπάνη στο Δίον. Η σχετική ανακοίνωση έγινε κατά τη διάρκεια του 23ου Αρχαιολογικού Συνεδρίου Θεσσαλονίκης, που ολοκληρώθηκε το Σάββατο.
Η έπαυλη εντοπίστηκε στο κέντρο της αρχαίας πόλης του Δίου, απέναντι από την επισκοπική βασιλική του 4ου αιώνα μ.Χ., αναπτύσσεται σε τρεις ορόφους και έχει δωμάτια που οργανώνονται γύρω από μια περίστυλη αυλή.
Μέχρι σήμερα έχουν έρθει στο φως τέσσερα δωμάτια, τμήμα της αυλής, καθώς και μια κτιστή κρήνη στο κέντρο της αυλής.
Όπως τόνισε ο καθηγητής του ΑΠΘ, Αριστοτέλης Μέντζος, το κτήριο πρέπει να χτίστηκε για πρώτη φορά γύρω στο 400 μ.Χ., ενώ έχει και μια επόμενη φάση ανοικοδόμησης στο τέλος των πρωτοβυζαντινών χρόνων (μετά τον 6ο αιώνα μ.Χ.).
Η οικία φαίνεται ότι κατοικούνταν ως τον 7ο ή 8ο μ.Χ. αιώνα. Δεν εντοπίστηκαν πολλά κινητά ευρήματα, καθώς πρέπει να λεηλατήθηκε συστηματικά ανά τους αιώνες. Από τα ευρήματα ξεχωρίζει λυχνάρι με παράσταση του Δανιήλ του τέλους του 5ου αιώνα μ.Χ.

Αγαπητοί φίλοι του δικτύου προστασίας των δικαιωμάτων του παιδιού,
Μόλις ολοκληρώσαμε ένα ντοκιμαντέρ με τίτλο ʽΤα Παιδία ΔΕΝ Παίζει», με θέμα μια παρέα παιδιών 9-14 ετών στην Πάτρα που αγωνίζεται να φτιάξει έναν ελεύθερο χώρο για παιχνίδι στη γειτονιά τους.Το ντοκιμαντέρ έχει πραγματοποιηθεί υπό την αιγίδα της UNICEF και σε συμπαραγωγή με τον ΣΚΑΙ, και θα προβληθεί στους κινηματογράφους από στις 25 Μαρτίου.Στηρίζεται και από το Συνήγορο του Παιδιού κ. Γιώργο Μόσχο ο οποίος γράφει για την ταινία «Πιστεύω ότι θα είναι πολύ χρήσιμο τα παιδιά, γονείς αλλά και όσοι ασχολούνται με τα κοινά στην χώρα μας, να δουν το "Τα Παιδία ΔΕΝ Παίζει" για να πιστέψουν και να διεκδικήσουν περισσότερο τον σεβασμό στις ανάγκες και τα δικαιώματα των παιδιών.

Η κάμερα ακολουθεί την παρέα τεσσάρων παιδιών από την Πάτρα, που προσπαθούν να μετατρέψουν ένα εγκαταλελειμμένο οικόπεδο σε ελεύθερο χώρο για παιχνίδι, κόντρα στις επιθυμίες των γειτόνων και τη γραφειοκρατία.
Τα παιδιά, η Αλεξάνδρα, ο Βλαντ, η Χρύσα και ο Χρήστος φτάνουν μέχρι το δημαρχείο της πόλης με σκοπό να μετατρέψουν το οικόπεδο σε χώρο για παιχνίδι...
Τα παιδιά δεν έχουν λάβει ακόμα οριστική απάντηση στο αίτημά τους και για αυτό άλλωστε το ντοκιμαντέρ δεν έχει προδιαγεγραμμένο τέλος.
Το όνειρο των μικρών πρωταγωνιστών της ταινίας στο δρόμο της υλοποίησης μετά την πρωτοβουλία του Δημάρχου Πάτρας κ. Φούρα να παραχωρήσει στα παιδιά ένα χώρο κατάλληλο για τη δημιουργία μικρού γηπέδου.

Η Πανελλήνια Ένωση Αγώνα κατά του Νεανικού Διαβήτη σε συνεργασία με το αθλητικό πάρκο "Anima Club"διοργανώνουν την Κυριακή 21 Μαρτίου 2010 Επιστημονική Ημερίδα με θέμα " ΠΑΙΔΙΚΟΣ ΔΙΑΒΗΤΗΣ-ΔΙΑΤΡΟΦΗ-ΑΘΛΗΣΗ''.
Στα πλαίσια της ημερίδας θα διεξαχθεί και αθλητικό τουρνουά με τη συμμετοχή παιδιών με νεανικό διαβήτη-γονέων-αθλητών της Ακαδημίας Ποδοσφαίρου του ΑΝΙΜΑ CLUB καθώς επίσης και κατοίκων της ευρύτερης περιοχής.
Σας περιμένουμε όλους, μικρούς και μεγάλους, να διασκεδάσετε στους όμορφους χώρους του πάρκου, συμμετάσχοντες σε αγώνες τένις-ποδοσφαίρου και βόλεϊ ή απολαμβάνοντας παιχνίδι στο χώρο του παιδότοπου.Μετά τον τελικό ποδοσφαίρου θα ακολουθήσει γεύμα κρύων εδεσμάτων.Ώρα προσέλευσης : 10 πμ (για όσους ενδιαφέρονται να συμμετάσχουν στο τουρνουά) και 11πμ για όλους τους άλλους.

But the election result can also be read as a sign that the Greek electorate is truly fed up with corruption and demanding change.Surveys show that the people of Greece understand well the need to put their public finances in order and adopt the measures necessary in order to return to growth and job creation. Like everyone else who shares the single currency, the Greek economy has – from the moment it joined the euro area – enjoyed a number of significant advantages in monetary terms. Being part of the euro area has strengthened the Greek economy. Trichet points out that thanks to euro, Geece is no longer subject to exchange rate risk, it has access to an integrated economy comprising 330 million European citizens, and it has benefited from having a currency which inspires confidence and has therefore afforded Greece low medium and long-term market interest rates. Its external current account deficit has been financed by the very fact of belonging to the euro area. Of course, in exchange for these significant advantages, the rules of the Stability and Growth Pact must be fully respected.Papandreou must contend with a hostility toward Graecokleptocrats. Since joining Fourth Reich(EU) in 1981, Greece has developed the image of a chronically reckless brat that extorts money from the Cohesion Fund and mismanages its own affairs. The fury toward Greece has reached new levels of intensity during the current crisis. This problem is compounded by a tax system that is arcane, vague, and quite punitive for those who are not prepared to dodge or bribe the tax inspectors, a service that the affluent take disproportionate advantage of. The corrupt and predatory nature of government bureaucracies makes starting or growing a business in Greece a nightmare, which means fewer new private-sector jobs, slower economic growth, and lower tax revenues. Because of costly hassles, too many of Greece's well-educated and naturally entrepreneurial people shy away from starting new enterprises and instead scramble desperately for government employment, no matter how miserable the work. This puts pressure on politicians to hire them, which bloats the civil service even more.Venitis notes the Fourthreichian Central Bank(ECB) has no mandate to take into account the situation of a specific country. Moreover, credit markets, Fourth Reich, and ECB do not trust Greek Finance Minister George Papaconstantinou, because he was a corporate director of OTE, an infamous phone company in cahoots with Siemens in superscandals. Papaconstantinou asserts he is trying to change the course of Titanic. There's no question that Greece, the most corrupt country on Earth, is in an economic and moral mess. Greek budget is an oxymoron! It's 13% of gross domestic product, much worse than the 3% limit stipulated for Eurozone slave States. Papaconstantinou says he'll shrink that shortfall to 8% next year, but Graecokleptocrats always mislead investors and Fourth Reich about how unfit the nation's finances are. Venitis estimates the deficit to increase to 20% next year! Greece's debt troubles herald a domino of sovereign defaults in eurozone that could derail an economic recovery. Venitis points out PIGS(Portugal, Italy, Greece, and Spain) account for half the debt of eurozone. PIGS are indeed piggy slave States that create many problems for Fourth Reich(EU), demanding high proportions of the Cohesion Fund, playing dirty games, encouraging political corruption, and spreading the cancer of socialism. Lazy pigs enjoy dolce vita and expect hard-working Britons and Germans to support them! Pigs come to the trough all time!Fourth Reich(EU) decided to become the bailout reich, a free-ride area where entitlement spending in PIGS is underwritten by North Fourthreichian taxpayers. Euro will stabilize in the short-term, as investors face reduced uncertainty. However, this locks Fourth Reich on a trajectory to gradual monetary collapse, the path currently being followed by the dollar. Eurogroup chairman Jean-Claude Juncker, premier of Luxembourg, points out the hard-working taxpayers of North eurozone refuse to subsidize the socialistic laziness and dolce vita of South eurozone.Venitis points out Papandreou lashes out at Eurokleptocrats, speculators, goblins, aliens, and kallikantzaroi for creating a psychology of looming collapse which could be self-fulfilling. Papandreou also declares that Greece is being treated as a guinea pig by Fourth Reich. But destabilizing actions or inflammatory statements by Papandreou make an orderly rescue less likely. And a furtive but gullible government that thought it could get something for nothing. Graecokleptocrats have only themselves to blame for their acrobatics to run up unsustainable debts. But the financial engineers are also culprits and cannot really complain when their designs blow up.
